sorry to say that, but the last time i did, the final answer was bug is fixed compensation has been sent days ago.
neither the bug was fixed nor did they send anything.
Just send it back saying this needs to be looked at by the devs , I get that answer myself and I just fire it right back.. (with a small explanation) . It should go to step 2 if the initial support person cannot fix the issue.. Thats the standard response you were given by a tier 1 support person.. . If you are still having issues let me know.

The chest is outside of playable area. As long as the chest is placed right sided to the planets, this won't change.
This is nothing a browser refresh can fix.
