Game not loading / Stuck on loading Screen

Short Story: Was going to top up but the button didn't work so I was like "Ok gonna restart the game", I restarted it an it was on a infinite load screen. So I downloaded it again and its still doing the same thing. So is there any way to fix this? I wil keep this updated if it fixes itself.
