Problem with limited time draw

So i did 5 multi summons on the limited time draw but i only got 74 lucky points aren't i supposed to get 100 from that because you get 2 each time you do a single and 20 every multi. I have not gotten this though so is there anything that can be done? I tried the contact support option but it just goes a dark colour after pressing send email and i don't think anything happens.
