My Arima IXA is 4* but he has no skill cooldown reduce.

Hello there, thanks for informing us. I was wondering whether you could provide several screenshot references for us to look at as well what kind of skill cooldown reduction it's meant to have and at what star level, If you mind?

I don't know how much is reduced but it should be less than 16
