VIP Draw Bug

Hello guys.
I used some vip ticket..after that, the loading Screen (door) bugged and didnt appeared and i didnt received any shardes. Even the 10th Draw. I didnt received any shards of limited Heroes. Someone else got this problem? Pretty annoying. 5 draws for nothing..

wtf. second time now this happend. now limited shards. cant even contact the support. whats wrong with you guys
