    Rankings for characters

    I'd like to know how good characters are and why. What are the best SSR's? What are the best SR's? What are the best set ups for Arena? I'd like to limit this to SR's because getting SSR's is hard without lots of saving or spending, but go ahead and add them if you feel like it.
