So I'm currently sitting at 234,966 RC and only doing 33M damage every 5 attacks. Meanwhile, there's this guy Stryfe who has continuously defeated the world boss, sitting at 145,600 RC and at this moment has dealt 4973M damage. Before now, the highest I've seen the world boss was at level 19, now he's level 37 and growing.
