How to get stronger on day 1

hi guys i started playing on server 7 and on day 1 i see some people tht are vip and some tht are nonvip and they still have higher power and lvl, is they a trick to it or wht , on day 1 i did everything i could yet i wasnt able to catch up to lvl 30-35 in day1 some1 please help......

Finish all dayli quest ..that make fast leveling in one day you can got lvl 30 -35
