Game is really large after update.

The game is really zoomed in after the update, i tried using the zoom options in setting but nothing happens, where as before all my affiliate ships could be seem on the left of the line up window i now have a scroll bar to see my last 2 ships. Have tried in opera and firefox but still the same. Have also tried in full screen.
