loading problems

Game was working yesterday then started to act laggy which has been normal. I refreshed screen and cannot get in thru gs. I tried chrome and edge; cleared cache and cookies; re- booted multiple times; and tried incognito. I can load thru fb, but would have to restart. I do not want to do that. I still cannot get in.

I bought a StarDaggerBlueprint but when but when I use the card the StarDaggerBlueprint disappeared. ¿Where can I find it? ¿Would it be that I lost it?
