pc help in game needed

i have problems in the game, keeps freezing, apearing black dancing squares, game blocking.
this is what i did after it started.
i did a format on laptop, entire new instalation windows 10.
it did not help to solve the problem.
technical information laptop: 4 gbram
500gb harddisk
hp 250 series
age around 3 years
amount of replaced HD 4 they got all broken
the first one broke while in garantie, when opened laptop, found out that it was not a new one ass told me

Have you tried Opera?

I know they are dumb questions but please humour me as somebody else may be able to help you more.
