Question, have any of you contacted support regarding the game loading up to 15% and then not loading any more?

Remember contacting Help@gamesamba.com is the easiest way to get help and support. The forum is always a back up where it can get monitored if Mods notice the problem before staff.

Try loading again now, I just managed to get online on S1 after being unable to load game for the last 1-2 hours something.
