MAJOR Organize bug

I have been reporting this bug for months, its absolutly commonly known throughout the entire game on all servers, has been reported repeatedly, i even sent a video and absolutly nothing happens and they tell me everything is working as intended. This game has an Organize bug. Say you have 25 organize tools and you hit the X10 feature. You get the x10 feature attributes on the list, but instead of reducing the tool number from 25 to 15 it only reduces the number from 25 to 24. Ive sent in videos, every single person ive ever talked to ever knows about nthis bug but staff CONTINUES to insist no such bug exists DESPITE me sending video of the process and they say oh no everything works fine.

UPDATE: This bug is server wide on S6 and the entire server can confirm this, however other servers like S1 do NOT have the problem, so mods may be checking the problem and it may appear to not exist for them but still be a real and significant issue to others.
