On S27 bases are not achievable

I (squad GoodSquad) conquered yesterday with help from another squad a base. Today that other squad as lvl2 won a battle with help from others two times and the only thing we can see in game is that that base belongs to the dominion faction, not to a certain squad.
My base should be 1-6, the other squad is Dominators and they won a battle at 1-10 and 1-20
