Im sure you know about this but your 5/13 update broke reform.

Hiitting reform now locks up entire game and requires game reboot. Same with other players on server so i assume its game wide issue.

yep, agree. same for dungeon trough ship. select ship -> grade up -> press arrow -> select dungeon -> press sweep 1x -> hangs

Yep I can't hit reform nor can I sweep the dungeons without game lock up
