Complete game wide chat fail for all players server wide for 4 days now.

Our entire servers chat has been down since the last update has been installed. You can post but no one hears you and no one can respond back, even the automated chat in virtual games (that tells win streaks, whos in first place etc) is even broken. Game is totally silent making squadron activities impossible. The only way to communicate with anyone in the game at all is by personal mail. Is this an issue on any other server besides ours? I talked to customer service and they acted like this was the first they have heard of it so im wondering if its just our server. Von LLoyd S 6 Telsius

same here on S8, exactly as you described. I put in a ticket to support probably get the same response as you.
