Fleet 2 movement problem and locking game

First noticed after squad battle, pressed down arrow on second fleet and game froze. Reset game all ok except second fleet.
This morning the same happening.
I can select Fleet 2 and move it around my base system, even move it to crossflight point, any attempt then to move it via map says fleet busy.

Fleet 1 working OK
Unable to test further, as now everytime I reload everything frozen. Will look again in hour

The whole game works with fleet 1, but fleet to can't move out of home base system.
The instant I click on drop down menu for fleet 2 the game freezes, all the graphics instantly stop and only a reset will restart game.
