freeze while opening chests

i just bought growth fund collected 3,000 credits, bought all 5 VIP chests, proceeded to open them. Got all the bronze, did open 10 twice for the silver then one at a time for 7/8 it froze while trying to open the last it also said i was out or silver boxes/keys
