Glitch with Exploring

So I went to explore this new section and every time I click it, my fleet goes busy for a second and then nothing, and it doesn't consume anything, but it's definitely stuck. Refreshing the game did NOT fix the issue. Video of issue https://youtu.be/gzeRTOMZQ28.

I have this also. For the mission unlock planet 1-7-2. The explore contains an enemy to fight.
