Squadron fund and what is it used for?

Question in the topic. In the squadron upper left corner there is a squadron fund amount. It fluctuates. So who gets to use it?

It is used to refresh the squad shop, Only your leader can refresh it at the moment. A refresh costs 200 points per refresh

Everyone wants the ship parts in the shop and only one person in the squad can buy them and its not available again till next recycle. This fund allows you to recycle it many times to feed everyone in squad ship parts for thier money.

Is there a time limit on the refresh cycle? IE only once a day or can the leader just pay to get it to recycle?

It will refresh itself every day at server reset, 0:00 or the squad leader can do it manually when he/she feels it needs to be refreshed
