How do these functions work...I find nothing that helps in the "GUIDE".... the developer needs to provide way more information for players starting out....It's sort of hit and miss...and the support team says something like "part of fun is figuring things out for yourself in game"....Some player other than staff please respond....

I don't think they should have to explain anything. If you poke around a bit you figure it out. It's not rocket science.
