Only two options.
Either fleet strength number is massively innaccurate, or hackers are everywhere. It is NOT possible to beat a fleet 2x your strength, and yet, multiple multiple times, this happens.

Why is it not possible? You know the strenght formular and see the stats and skills of your enemy? It is only a value that give at start a small help. After a short time good tactics make it possible to beat "stronger" fleets. As exemple a Affilate with high evasion and armor stats can take a loot of damage bevor dying, 3 Ships with high attack stat and good Skills can fire and make high damage.

It is the same in STAD, a good tactic is better then a high value that say nothing.
