Hotfix on June 5th

Dear Captains,

We made a hotfix on all servers at June 5th, to do the update as follows.

1. Fixed the issue that 10x Normal Organize to affiliate ship does not work.
2. Fixed the the bonus error of officers' loot ability effects.
3. Optimized and improved the alchemy tech effect.
