We will make a hot fix on all servers at 00:30 AM Mar 14th, to do the update below.
Updates:
1. Open the Monopoly event.
2. Open The Officer's event.
3. VIP2 players are allowed to create a squadron with resources.
4. Medium teleporter is optimized and can be used for drawing intermediate officers and event officers.
5. Added new officer's passive skills.
