Can't Lv up

I'm not sure if this is a bug but I just can't seem to lv up. I'm lv 37 and I only have 1 quest available but the requirements are lv 38 to do the quest. I've done the daily quest day after day and can't seem to lv up.

My sister just started a couple days ago and did not have this problem.

Someone help!!!

What is your level now?
The highest level during CBT time is 49. Let me know if there is any doubt.

My lv is 37 but I can't seem to lv up to 38. I can't do any quest besides the daily quest which I have done for the past week, The next quest requirements is lv 38.

I think that's normal at some point. There comes a time where you need auto-play to level up.

possible but my sister did not have to and she's higher than 37.
