ReReporting Souls disappearing

​Bug: go to the bar, win souls they float in count goes up
​go back in and your missing your soul(s)
​reclogged in and out cleared cache still missing my souls
​i should have several hundred. I need my souls or silver back.

This continues to happen unable to recruit from bar due to this.
ps I requested name change for account as well and still not done.

I am unable to pinpoint the time of drawings as I have drawn at various times throughout the day as well as for quests. I can only tell you i spun 10 to 15 times a day since Sept 13th. The spin rewards log only only shows the last 5 spins before the page is refreshed either by choice or due the the black screen crash.

last night i had 54 souls today down to 38

they seem to disappear when you refresh or close the browser and defiantly on reboot.

are you going to replace the missing souls for those days since seems bug has been resolved?

Starsouls are also used to "awaken" team members. I didn't realize at first that they were the same as the Starsouls used to recruit new members. They should really have explained this better.

About the missing souls, are you sure you haven't used some to awaken your characters?
