BEWARE! Erigor Exclusive Gear Bug

So basically, Erigor's Exclusive half doesn't work.
The description says this: "When battle starts, release a ward (5 rounds), increase wind type partners' Attack by 30%."
Going into a battle, the buff activates, but it's only applied to himself.

Overall, I imagine Erigor is categorized as A rank, higher than Bickslow at B rank, because of his potential as a buffer.
Note that Erigor has lower potential growth in his basic stats (STR, AGI, INT, STA),

I can only imagine that this is a bug, but in the case that it is actually only supposed to affect himself, the description should be fixed ASAP!
...as many are using Bickslow and would fall into the buff trap.

One last thing to note: not just a missing icon, the damage is unaffected
