If you create a guild, donate and do dailies and then disband the guild and join a new one you will keep your contribution and the donate/guild quests refreshed so you can do them again. Now I haven't tried creating new guilds like 10 times in a row but if you hop from normal guild to guild donates / guild quests do not reset so pretty sure it shouldn't be resetting if you disband a guild and join a new one.
