Shining star cannot be redeemed

So, actually while skimming through the game I went to find the "Shining Star" in order to complete the side quest "Mage's Proof" but when I came back. The chest that holds the "Shining Star" and a few other money is said to be claimed, but it wasn't on my inventory so... what do i do?

Same with my inventory, Did you already reports it to the game admin? By the way, did you know that Mobile Legends Bang Bang can now be played in PC or MAC..
