I have a problem with a starsoul in the rank up ! ( S-13 / TTChasel )

I up 7 star royal mage today and i receved the silver but I not receved the starsoul and is not the first time..

please help me !

This is because those "starsouls" you gain from ranking up refers to the stardust you use to light up your lacrima. Its a misprint on the part of the devs. So don't fret, you are receiving them each day when you get your daily pay. I agree it is a bit confusing at first though.
