Shard Chest Bug

I got a character shard chest from the Tenrou Island challenges but all the text is in Chinese ( i think ) and its giving me an error message that says " incorrect server static data " . Any way to fix this ?

When you try to open the chest "incorrect Server Static Data"

Now the shard names are in english , but "Incorrect Server Static Data" appears when you try open the chests.
