They are for the blue suit at the top, close to Daily quest. Its kind of a skin to your char, that gives bonus stats

also you can only see how much stones you have when increase your actual costume, when max level reach you cannot see how much stones you have

how do you increase your actual costume?

Well you only have 1 costume for now (weapon) there is no others costume release
