No events after 2 weeks caused by game release soon?

I was expecting since devs no more in holidays that we would have events reset or some news event but we get nothing, do we'll get news events at game release (in 3 days), or we still need to wait another week?

Very long no new servers. Beginners find it difficult to develop without starting events on older servers.
