Pandemonium should be removed and something new should be made.

Pandemonium is graphically and mechanically a bad and boring event. I see people talking bad things about it all the time. Instead of making it a World boss that we atack a group of Mobs. Make it about 1 Big Dragon or a single unit. I know its doing it the way most browser games do but if you won't do that come up with something else. The current state of the event is just bad and not worth keeping.

There is already a world boss, it is a 1 big dragon just like you mentioned. IMO, Pandemonium is okay. Not that great, not that bad. It's pretty generous as it gives lvl 3 gems if you can kill.

I think more events should be added.
