I think stamina potions are very much needed, like there is a chance to get if from somewhere. Also when you click on someones name, there should be send guild request, or in private chat, that there is an option to do that. Weekly events also, chance to get some item or wizard fragments, or rank up materials and scrolls.

A way to either buy items needed for ranking up a place that drops them more frequently. Having burnt ~300 stam and still unable to rank up someone besides the free one is crazy.
