Horns were a bad decision and need to go or have a toggle option.

The biggest annoyance with them is they show up on the top middle of the screen....right where all of the buttons on any open window are at making it impossible to do anything until they disappear, as well as covering the NPCs in town making them uninteractable. The less important but still important to some problem is every few messages are just people spamming obscenities some much worse than others and none of them are filtered, no one wants to see that.

If you plan to keep the Horn messaging, make it an option to toggle for not seeing them please.

I think just making it a little transparent and allowing you to click trough the window could solve this annoyance, i can't really think on a better place for this to be honest, unless they remove it completely that is lol.
