Can't Login

Hello...
Well, I can't log in. Sign In works, but when I click on Log In, the little window doesn't come .. Play on Chrome. Can someone help me or say the Problem?

did happen to me too, try to launch in private mode, or switch for edge I was with chrome when that happen( I only use edge now since it faster!!!)
