Shining starr unachievable - bug

Hello
I am unable to recive shining star even though I finished 1st quest line ages before update came up. So now my question is. Can you somehow send me the star to my inventory ?
Charcter: Toy
Server: 4-Balsam
Proof - left side of sreeen opened chests, right side of screen only shining start missing to finish the quest.

The only way to get it is to send a support ticket and ask them to add it to your account. Apparently it's too much work for them to fix it
