I already have opened a case, ID 224058 with support. When I reached level 71, Element King already had the Fire and Wind floors completely cleared and so I was unable to fight those three battles on each floor for the rewards they give. In my support ticket, I provided a screenshot for them, to two separate emails. They keep demanding a video in order to prove that this has occurred. Well here is my screenshot yet again, as I do not have video capture software to provide them with the kind of proof they're asking for. I want to be able to fight the first two floors of Element King like everyone else did. I'm hoping this will get the attention it deserves if I start making this an issue in other places since after five days of going back and forth with support, nothing has been done to rectify this situation. I already made sure my Flash was up to date, and also cleared out my caches.
