Cochlea Crusade Event stops me after winning Stage 5

Title basically says it all. I've won Stage 5 twice and when i win, it doesnt go to the rewards screen, it kicks my game back to the home screen (not title screen, home screen where i select what to do).

This seems like a bug that stops my progress in the event.
