Not recieving whole SR role after 10 pulls

Hello! I'm posting this because i've wasted many crystals doing pulls on the LUXURY banner and did not get a whole SR unit after 10 pulls, actually, i didnt get any whole unit at all.

You can check my account, i only have one SR in it and its Yomo because he was unlocked trough story mode achievement boxes. Something is probably wrong here

Is there any update to this bug? I can say that this bug still exists. I've wasted resources just to test if the bug was fixed.
