Hero Shard for Skills??

New Player. I have Kaneki at Blue +3. It says Hero Shards are needed to level his skills? Where do we obtain these?

Yo, if you want play shards, go to the character you want the shards for, go to star up in their character menu and select debris source, it shows where you can get them, they all normally have 4 or more places unless they are SSR ranked, not sure as I'm still leveling up myself and need to earn them first

pulling draws, mystery shop, campaigns, 0rganization shop... sr and ssr are tough to obtain. so invest on characters you really want to use in the long run unless you have money to spend n all of em.
