On behalf of the TGDW operation team, I extend our sincerest apologies for the bad gaming experience you had for the frequent bugs and server maintenance during the month of March. Meanwhile, we are still very grateful to those players that help and gave their feedback. Rest assured that your feedback has been read one by one by our operations team. Thank you so much for your understanding, for staying along, and for continously supporting TGDW.
We have to admit that there are still a lot of things that needs to be improved, and during this special period, there are still many bugs that needs to be fixed by closing the servers instead of a hotfix, so we sincerely hope that you can give us more time and patience as we do our best to fix the problems immediately.
As you know, the game is still under development and optimization, so we promise to fix all major bugs with top priority, while creating more interesting functions and attractive characters to all of you.
To those players that recently suffered from the bad game experience, we are going to send relevant compensation to all of you. If you have more suggestions, please don’t hesitate to tell us.
Finally, thank you again for the patience and understanding, in the name of Tokyo Ghoul. We won’t let you down again, so please stay along with us to make the game much better.
