game is crashing every time i enter a battle - any battle looting, squad war ,virtual battle , anything that involmes me shooting at another ship

When this has happened to me in the past 1 of 2 things has fixed it:
Log completely out of the game.Close the browser, open the browser, clear the cache totally.Close the browser,restart the browser,log in, return to game.
or on one occasion it was apparently some conflict with an extension, in my case a video downloader extension, removal of said extension solved the problem..
If one or more of your extensions are NOT new or recently updated, try clearing cache first.
If one or more are,try temporarily disabling them and see if it still occurs.
