I have put 4 different officers that were 4 stars and made them 5 star officers and trying to upgrade them with the recruit cards I recruit their cards in the #1 position winning 300 cards plus the rewards cards and they stay at 36??? I have lost money trying to get those Officer cards on all of them and it never shows past 36. Can you please look into this and adjust what I have won or give me a refund on what I have spent to get these officer cards. I'm Breedsblood at FB22-Hekeras II you do have history to see about the winners of these officer cards.
