It works but instead keeping spamming draws, "again" you need to back and then start again to draw each time. Anyways kinda bugged.....

Mmm dunno, for me works as i said 5 times. I even record the bug. Maybe is just an rng based bug

When you buy tickets from draw screen, it may seem like you're getting a discount but you're not. Advanced scrolls actually cost 100g but in the screen it reveals 80g. As soon as you buy it, they take the full 100g per scroll.
