I had the same issue ages ago about ranking up to royal mage and then would get transferred back to the rank before royal mage. thanks to the team and love that the creators show for this game and their customers they fixed this. however the same issue is happening again with me trying to rank up from royal mage chief to Kingdom protector. I confirm the rank up and then cannot claim my extra stats and the next day I'm stuck in a loop coming back to royal mage chief to then ranking up to kingdom protector and the same thing happens cant accept the stats/rewards and the next day back to royal mage chief. I hope you guys fix this and keep up the great work
