To ensure the character security under the Guest Account, we suggest you bind your character with the Facebook/Google account as soon as possible.
If you cannot bind it in game due to phone model/version issue, please contact our customer support help@gamesamba.com and provide the following information:
1. Download the game from Official Channel
2. Log in the game with the Google/Facebook account that you want to bind with and create a new character.
3. Provide us the screen shot of your new created character and the old Guest character.
(This is confidential information. Please do not publish them in any public media’s page)
4. Provide us a screenshot of the most recent top-up record in Google Play.
After receiving your application, our support team will have an investigate and help you bind the account after all the information is verified.
